Red Cloister
THE PROJECT IN SUMMARY
The Rouge-Cloître site, which for centuries housed one of the largest priories Augustinian canons of Brabant, is also a very rich forest and natural area. The landscaping of the surroundings of the cloister is an opportunity to evoke the history of the site by highlighting its architectural heritage and by recreating landscaped areas that had disappeared over time. It is also an opportunity to take into account the environmental dimension of the site, in particular by restoring a pond and its banks as well as developing a management plan.
