THE PROJECT IN SUMMARY

In the space of twenty years, Mamoudzou, the capital of the department of Mayotte, has experienced an urban explosion. The uncontrolled urban development of the city harms the landscape and the quality of its green and blue networks.

The town hall, assisted by the Environment, Housing Development Department, has therefore taken steps to preserve this capital which unfolds in a magnificent landscape. The work was carried out following the requirements at the scale of the territory, with a particular focus on the seafront, giving all residents the means to reclaim their environment for a harmonious development of the city and the territory.
