PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In order to reinforce and consolidate the quality of the landscapes accompanying the Canal du Midi, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the DREAL is committed to setting up a charter committing the actors of this territory to maintain the quality of its landscapes. It is thanks to a consultation and a work of co-construction that this document should be based. Chambers of agriculture, chambers of commerce, elected officials, technicians... are thus consulted in order to achieve a real sharing of the territory's project and construction rules for all project leaders. JNC Sud, the group's representative and leader, will work on the basis of the analysis and consultation of the agricultural section, in order to develop a cross-cutting reference tool for the evolution of these landscapes.
