THE PROJECT IN SUMMARY

Surrounded by the mountainous landscapes of Mont Gourougou to the south, the lagoon landscape of Marchica and the maritime landscapes of the Mediterranean to the north, the town of Beni Ansar has many assets to develop its residential and tourist appeal.

To ensure consistency with the existing buildings and taking into account the exceptional city setting, we are developing an urban project that harmoniously mixes functions, enhances natural spaces, and offers residents a quality living environment.

The three main objectives are the following:

1. the creation of connections between the old town and the future new center;

2. to open up perspectives towards the lagoon, the sea, and the nearby Mont Gourougou;

3. the creation of a large-scale public space that ensures a smooth transition between two parts of the city.
