LE PROJET EN RÉSUMÉ

Bella Vita is a project to rehabilitate an old garden city into a new intergenerational neighborhood. To escape the logic of the dormitory city, the developments invite residents and inhabitants of neighboring neighborhoods to fully invest the space. As an invitation, the creation of a network of paths and alleys promotes pedestrian and cyclist movements.

Designed to encourage cohabitation while respecting the values ​​of solidarity, Belle Vita recreates a "village" in the city where everyone has a sense of belonging in a friendly living environment.

The green grid formed by a network of native hedges and tree-lined paths, respect for the topography, and the integration of the listed buildings of the former farm school contribute to creating a new sustainable neighborhood while respecting the site on which the project is developed.
